Seventy years ago, a young Carl Fredrickson meets a young adventure spirited girl named Ellie. The two dream of going to a Lost Land in South America. But even after Ellie's death Carl remembers the promise he made to her. But before he can carry out his plan to lift his house off to the Lost Land by thousands of balloons, he discovers a stowaway aboard. The 8 year old boy named Russell, is trying to get an Assisting the Elderly badge and together, they become unlikely friends who embark on an adventure, where they encounter talking dogs, an evil villain and a rare bird named Kevin. Adventure is out there!
Gates open at 7:30 p.m., and admission is $2 and free for children 5 and under. Parking is available at Parc-Auto du Centreville at Polk and Vermilion Streets. Concessions are available on site.
