2nd Annual Louisiana Boil-Off

The Louisiana Boil-Off

A crawfish festival & cooking competition that a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Miles Perret Cancer Services.

 

There will be 2 divisions of boiling teams: Professional and Amateur/Corporate.

Professional Category - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places
Amateur/Corporate - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places
ALL TEAMS ELIGIBLE FOR PEOPLE CHOICE AWARD!!!

You can create your own team and join the competition festivities and there are three different levels that you can join. You can choose to compete in the Professional level, the Corporate level, or the Amateur level. The divisions will be separated between Profession and Corporate/Amateur.
Competition Fees:
Professional (Restaurants, Boiling Houses & Caterers: $500
Corporate: $350
Amateur: $150

Entry will be FREE!
Tasting Tickets will be sold in sheets of $10.
2 tickets will get you a sample of crawfish.
