Louisiana native Dwight James makes a strong case that the southwest corner of the state is fertile ground to more than the familiar Cajun and Zydeco sounds that sprout like sugarcane. A singer, songwriter, and guitarist Dwight James serves up a plate of Southern musicality rich in rock, blues, soul, and R&B that Bandcamp calls “a stellar fusion of past and present.”
