LFT Fiber Winter Wonderland: A Festive Holiday Celebration with Music, Santa, and Community Spirit
LFT Fiber is celebrating the Christmas holiday season by transforming its lobby at 214 Jefferson Street into a Winter Wonderland, complete with holiday decorations, musical events, and a visit from Santa Claus. From now until Christmas, the decorated lobby is open for public visits during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering photo opportunities for families. Visitors are encouraged to submit their holiday photos to winterwonderland@lftfiber.org for a chance to be featured on social media. The lobby will host a series of festive musical events: On December 13th, during Art Walk, Santa and his elf will greet guests while the barbershop quartet Oxytocin 4 performs at 5:15 PM, followed by the Celtic duo Celjun from 6 to 7 PM. On December 16th, the Acadiana Ecumenical Choir will share holiday gospel music starting at 5:30 PM, and on December 18th, the Broussard Middle School Choir will perform at 5 PM, followed by traditional Christmas songs from cantor Dave Domingue and guests. Additionally, local students collaborated with Love Our Schools to create holiday decor used in the lobby, showcasing the talents of schools across the community.
